Suggestion: Add a Number Format combo

I love the new Optimization combo box next to the Language combo box, but it would be nice to als have a combo box for the Number Format. :o

    It's not as obvious as it looks. Should it be global? Should it be per tab? How will it impact performance? (you can use Antzs far the last one :D)

    The fact is that I end up changing this a lot because, sometimes it's a decimal value, sometimes it's a bit mask. I'm OK with changing this multimple times for the same code window.
