Sql Prompt Add-in for VS 2010 fails

I get an error stating that SQL Prompt 5 failed to load.
I am on a Windows 7 machine. I ran the installer as admin and I am running VS as admin. I noticed that I don't have the SQL Prompt icon in my notification area. SQL Prompt works in SSMS.

    User was using an older RC version of SQL Prompt 5. Now installed using the latest version.
