SQL Server Full Text Search Service status

The default settings for this alert is to alert on Started or Paused and raise a medium warning.

Would this be a correct default or should it be stopped or paused?

Just wondering what the thinking was for alerting on start?

In a nutshell, I've raised a bug report (ref: SRP-3297) to review our default settings
