Generated script from SQL Compare inconsistent.

Hi All,

I am trying to generate an updated script for my production DB.

First, I generated the update script from comparison between script folder of Production DB and my development script folder.
But, I could not run it on my target DB (Production DB).

Second, The update script was generated from comparison between backup of production DB to my development DB.
The update script run successful on my target DB (Production DB).

I found that the update script from above step are difference.

My question is WHY?

    That doesn't sound right. They should be the same. Would you be ale to diff both sync scripts and let us know where they differ?
