Hi,
You can follow the following steps:
Before running installation:
1. Go to SQL Server management Studio, create a new blank database called ‘RedGateMonitor’ or a database with name of your choice.
2. Ones this database in created, then delete the user defined objects in this database.
3. Now run the installer as normal and at the ‘Set up Data Repository’ stage of the installation, click the ‘Set up Data Repository…’ button and select ‘Use an existing SQL Server database’.
4. Select the ‘RedGateMonitor’ database that has already been created and continue with installation.
Thanks,

Yes, got it working now.
It's a bit of a resource hog, isn't it? I'll have to find a machine to dedicate to it for proper evaluation. -
"It's a bit of a resource hog", which part are you refering to? Can you email support@red-gate.com with the log files and we can take a look as the performance requirements shouldn't be very heavy.
