One thing that I think is a bit difficult with SQL Prompt/ SQL Refactor is to get the correct settings implemented to get the code to look the way youd like.
One way to make this easier would be to allow you to import the settings by having a sql script layed out the way you wan't Then having SQL Prompt/ SQL Refactor identify the "look" of the layot and apply the correct settings.
