In the summary of the stored procedure parameters, it would be nice to have information on which parameters are output parameters, not just the name and type.

I'd love to be able to define what the default parameters are.
An option like the one for custom aliases would be excellent...
Ie
@AccountId = 2
@%Year = 2010 (for any parameter like '%year')
Defining output parameters would be helpful too.
