Command Line Include Exact Match

Is there a way to synchronize an exact match of an item instead of using regex? For example

/Include:StoredProcedure:spName

Everytime I try it seems to include anything including 'Name'

    /options switch was not specified and therefore dependencies were being included....think that was my issue.
