For procedures, views, functions etc. it may be useful to show in the comparison list the number of lines that are highlighted yellow. This could allow me to sort by the objects that are "most different" if I have 100 objects to review and want to be sure I tackled the most difficult first. While number of lines different is not always a good indicator of complexity of the change, it can be ... and when it is not, the number can be ignored.
