tables could not be compared

I have a few tables that "could not be compared". At first i thought it would be something to do with keys that had gone amiss. But i create a simple table called "test" and then scripted the sql and created "test" on my remote db and this still couldn't be compare.

Any ideas?

Local: MSSQL 2008 R2
Remote: MSSQL 2008

    Frosty has not replied to emails for more information and for the scripts that he used for the testing. So we are unable to investigate the problem.
