BAML Viewer: what means <MyForm.Rules>

Hello
When I view the XAML code with the BAML Viewer Plugin, I see this:

&lt;MyForm xmlns="....."&gt;
&lt;MyForm.Rules&gt;
...
&lt;/MyForm.Rules&gt;
&lt;MyForm&gt;

What means MyForm.Rules? I think there is no "Rules" in WPF?
