Crash on Visual Studio startup

Hi,

A number of us at our office our having a problem with .Net Reflector Pro crashing on startup of Visual Studio:

"COM object that has been separated from its underlying RCW cannot be used."

When this happens other addin to Visual Studio also do not start up correctly.

Everyone who has this issue is running VS 2008 SP1 but there is no other pattern between the systems.

Is anyone else seeing this problem?

    Oh. I should add, this happens about once in every 4 starts of Visual Studio.
