How to migrate sql Compare to another computer

Hiya,

Can you please tell me how I should migrate Sql Compare and Sql Data Compare from one computer to another ?

My laptop is broken and needs to be repaired, in the mean time I need to continue working on a replacement computer.

When I reinstall the tools and fill in my serialnumbers the application replies with the statement that the serial number has been registered on too many different machines.

How can I move the license to another computer ?

    Hello,

    Please send the serial number to us at support (at) red-gate.com and we will allow additional activations. Activations are hardware-oriented and there are a set number available per licence. They cannot be revoked or reassigned, but we can increase the potential number of activations for circumstances like this.
