Never mind! I should have read the documentation better (see below for answer).
2.In Repository URL, type or paste the URL for your subversion repository.
You must supply the URL for a directory that exists in the repository and is empty.
The current early access release of SQL Source Control does not support directory creation or repository browsing.
Note that the repository URL is case sensitive. -
Do you have TortoiseSVN installed? If so, you can use the repo-browser to create new folders.

No, i don't and was hoping not to have to do that.
I will install to get around this issue, but I am hoping that that feature will be available at some point (v1 maybe?) -
This feature won't be in v1.0, mainly because it is possible via existing Subversion clients, and therefore there is a simple workaround for now. Is there any reason why you hoped not to install a Subversion client?
In order to browse the history of any file or schema object script, you'll need an SVN client tool.
We'll definitely add more features in a later version, as we recognize this will improve the ease of setting up the system in the first place. Likewise, we hope to make the history available from within the tool.

I have been tasked to put a snapshot of all our databases (many, many databases) into SVN which is new to me, so I was hoping to just get this task done without having to install/learn toroiseSVN.

TortoiseSVN is pretty simple to use as it integrates into windows explorer. All its functions are accessed by right clicking on files and folders.
Using Tortoise will save you time in comparison to requesting a new folder from your administrator each time.
The drawback is that after installing Tortoise you have to reboot...
(I'd still highly recommend it though!)

I only seem to be able to link a single database to that folder. Is there a way to create new sub-directories thru your tool so I don't have to bug the svn adminstrator to create them for me first?
