I did a pro trial which expired. I just want to use the free version but from Visual Studio .net Reflector menu I get "Your trial has expired" and it won't run the free version period no matter what I do how do I for real get rid of the pro trial not just remove the add-in but really FOR REAL get rid of the pro trial version so I can use the free version which suits my needs just fine? Was I banned from the free version for not buying the pro version?

I'm not quite sure I've understood you correctly -
Firing up the normal stand alone Reflector.exe which was in the zip file will still run the free version you are referring to.
If you do that then in the Tools > Integration Options menu in the standalone you can remove the VS integration which will remove the Pro menu item in VS.
