Failed to Load resources from resource file.

I get Failed to load resources from resource file, Please check your setup.


I've tried reinstalling, removing, manually removing then reinstalling, rebooting, etc etc etc

Any opinions?

    Hello,

    This sounds like the OS is unable to extract the resources from the executable for SQL Compare, which is probably related to the OS or the .NET Framework.

    Can you please tell me which OS you use (+edition) and which version of .NET Framework? Bear in mind that SQL Compare is still incompatable with Framework v2 betas, so you will need version 1.0 installed if that's the case.
