How to thoroughly uninstall beta-reflector plugin from VS ??

I have ever installed a beta-reflector version which can inject into VS menu ; however when a stable version released , the beta automatically crippled and disappeared from VS menu ; Other than this , I am always getting this boring window each time opening VS :

I want to thoroughly get this beta-ghost away from VS ; however I am at a loss whereby to dissect the ill binding; Can anybody tip me ??

    Hi.

    The add-ins are installed by placing a RedGate.Reflector.Addin file in the appropriate Visual Studio addins directory. For example, for 2005, my addin file is in
    C:\Profiles\clive.tong\My Documents\Visual Studio 2005\Addins

    You can simply remove that file to delete the add-in from Visual Studio.
