reflector loses assemblies from my assembly list

Hi,

I upgraded to 6.1 and copied over my old cfg file from the refelector 5 folder. I was using 6.1 with the imported list of assemblies fine. The one day I restarted reflector and half the assemblies in my list were gone and the cfg file had been updated to reflect this.

Any ideas?
Have ye seen this before?
