upgrade problem?

I saw the icon to update server components, but when I click on it, I get the following message, that makes no sense to me...
The current version of the server components is not the same as the version of the
graphical user interface.

Current server component version 6.2.0.134
Version to install: 6.3.0.48

Yes, I know the server is not the same as the GUI; hence the appearance of the update icon. Why won't it update?

    scratch this... just went back in to the server after posting the previous, now it is updating
