Can SQL compare create filegroups?

I think that the answer is a straight 'No' because I can't find anything to this effect.

What I would like to do is compare databases with different filegroups and generate scripts to add missing filegroups.

Is this possible?

    Can you kindly let me know the detailed version of your SQL Compare?

    You can know the detailed version of SQL Compare in UI by navigating to Help --> About SQL Compare and version number is displayed on bottom right.
