Could you please post the contents of the SQL Backup log file for the failed processes?
The default folder where the logs are stored is in <system drive>:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Red Gate\SQL Backup\Log\<instance name>. -
the error log contains.

My Backup job have faile dwith the following error.
