Request - make installing VS Addin explicit

I'd much prefer it if installing the Visual Studio add-in was done as an explicit step when requested by the user, rather than automatically the first time Reflector is run.

    Fair enough. I hope you agree that the free Visual Studio feature of jumping to .NET Reflector is useful though. We didn't want people to miss it. We've also been extremely careful about the performance of the add-in, you should notice no impact on your VS start time, or solution opening time for example.
