How about an installer?

I think that is the least I can expect from commercial software.

    We decided it was important to support people who, for whatever reason, wanted the simplicity of just running files (for example if you don't have admin rights on your machine). We considered providing both options, but that seemed unnecessarily complicated.

    We do in fact have an installer for reflector, and reflector will be included in the .NET Developer Bundle installer on release, so you can use that if you'd like the installer experience.
