clustered SQLBackup agents in their own group?

whats the general rule of thumb here. When you install server components for an instance of sql server it puts a clustered sqlbackup agent service into the same group. Should the sqlbackup agent be in their own group in cluster administrator?

    The SQL Backup agent must be running on the same host as the instance of SQL Server it's responsible for.

    Because of this dependency, it naturally makes sense to keep it in the same group as SQL Server.
