716: funny characters error

I am playing with 716 version and am getting funny characters. I was trying to disassemble Tao.opengl.dll(http://www.taoframework.com) version 2.1.0 and keep getting this error:

""Tao.OpenGl" has not been regenerated due to the following exception occurring:

The type initializer for '.' threw an exception."

I'm running the following setup:
Server 2008 R2 64-bit
VS2008(no 2005 or 2010 installed)
Windows SDK 7

    Thanks, we'll need to improve the exception handling in that situation to know what's going wrong. I plan to have that in a build later today.

    The exception reporting is in this situation in build 725. Please try it, and let me know the time when you submit a report, so I can find the right one and make sure it's fixed.

    Just tried it with 850 build. Works like a charm! No errors either.
