Comparing SQL 2008 database doesn't sort Object Name column

When using group by differences comparing a SQL 2008 database, the Object Name isn't subsorting alphabetically with the default sorting of Object Type. Is this an issue with SQL Compare or a setting on my SQL 2008 database?

    Hi Jack,

    If I understand the question correctly, the answer is that SQL Compare can't sort on more than one column at a time. You can either sort on object name or type.

    That is correct. However, it appears the default sort when comparing a SQL 2000 database is by Type and the Object Name is already sorted alphabetically. That's what leads me to believe there might not be a problem with RedGate but maybe with SQL 2008.
