I’ve run into a similar issue before, and I’d avoid reinstalling SQL Monitor straight away. Since the same mail account works with other applications, it sounds more like something specific to SQL Monitor or the notification service. I’d check the SQL Monitor logs around the time the test email fails and also verify whether anything changed on the server recently, such as an update, SMTP settings, or authentication requirements. If the logs don’t show anything useful, restarting the SQL Monitor services and testing again may help narrow it down. Hopefully there’s a straightforward fix without having to go through a full reinstall horror games / comments
