Based on my experience, SQL Prompt is not fully integrated into SSMS 21. If it were, we wouldn’t need to go through so many workarounds to get it functioning properly. While the extension may show up, it still doesn’t work as expected. I’ve also noticed duplicate entries in the Extensions list. I’ve attempted to install it on SSMS 21 on both a Windows Server and my laptop but have not had any success. We are installing the latest version of SQL tools. / comments
