Interesting question. Monitoring Azure SQL read-only replicas can be challenging because visibility often differs from what is available on the primary database. We've had success using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and database performance metrics together to track replica health and workload distribution. It would be helpful if more monitoring platforms provided dedicated dashboards for read-only replicas, including replication lag, query performance, and resource utilization.
