2026-03-30-    Yep.. 22.4.1 hosed by SQL Prompt install.   I rebooted after getting the error, even started my VS2026 first then started SSMS 22.4.1, still had the error.   Then I came across this and tried it https://documentation.red-gate.com/sp/troubleshooting/common-issues/trouble-loading-sql-prompt-in-ssms-v22-after-upgrading-to-v11-2-1-or-later     rebooted,  still had the issue.   Looks like next step is to uninstall and reinstall :(  / comments
