@ wheelie life Thanks for reporting this - I’m seeing the same behavior after moving from SSMS 21 to SSMS 22 with SQL Prompt installed. Tabs do reload on startup, but connections created using the newer connection dialog often fail to reconnect, while those created via the Classic connection dialog work reliably. This doesn’t happen in SSMS 21, so it does look like a compatibility issue between SSMS 22, SQL Prompt, and the new connection UI. Hopefully Redgate can address this in a future update, but for now using the Classic dialog seems like the safest workaround. / comments
