I had the same issue while playing around with the HP 777 APK game through remote desktop, every time I hit CTRL, that annoying Game Bar prompt would pop up. What worked for me was heading to Settings > Gaming > Xbox Game Bar and simply turning it off. It stopped the flashing completely and made things way smoother. / comments
