That’s an interesting use case. While Redgate SQL Compare is great for schema differences, it doesn’t natively compare table row counts across servers from the command line. However, you might be able to achieve this by combining SQL Data Compare (for content checks) with a custom script that queries COUNT(*) on matching table names and outputs the differences. You could then merge that output into your HTML report as a separate step in your automation. It might also be worth submitting a feature request to Redgate, as this would be a very handy built-in option for ongoing sync validation.
