I have same issue as Gary. Uninstalled whole Red-Gate SQLToolbelt, uninstalled ssms v21 preview. Reinstalled ssms v21 full release, and after that installed SQLToolbelt. SSMS v21 installs to C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 21\Release\ Whereas SQLToolbelt installs to C:\Program Files (x86)\Red Gate\ Shouldn't it also install to C:\Program Files ? I've done this process twice just to be certain. After the second install I copied folders from C:\Program Files (x86)\Red Gate\ to the C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 21\Release\Common7\IDE\Extensions and restarted ssms v21. Still not finding extensions. / comments
