UPDATE: I figured out the cause of this to not work. I had somehow been logged out of my account via SSMS so it couldn't verify my license for SQL Prompt. My SQL Prompt menu in the menu bar only had two items : Mangage License and About SQL Prompt. As soon as I clicked Manage License, I logged in and everything is working now. 😅 Silly mistake with an easy solution. / comments
