I did not, that probably explains it. I did try to update from within SQL Prompt, but it said I was up to date. So I am assuming that this new version was not available via the update.

SQL Prompt Stopped Working
Starting last Friday, SQL Prompt stopped working.
When selecting the "options" menu, all selections are disabled and the "Use SQL Prompt" option is unchecked (and disabled).
