I'm having a similar issue with build 194 and VS 2010, on Win7 RC.
The Add-in '.NET Reflector Addin' failed to load or caused an exception.
Would you like to remove this Add-in?
If you choose yes, the file it was loaded from, '(path)', will be renamed.
