SQL Prompt refreshes drastically slower after upgrading to Sql 19.

I upgraded from SSMS 18 to 20 last week. Since then, it has taken 4 or 5 minutes to refresh suggestions. I found in this forum that SQL Prompt is not working correctly with 20, so I installed 19.3....
