@adam_hafner Yes I have uninstalled all Red Gate products and reinstalled. I am currently using version 10.14.21.9884 SQL Prompt 10 and SSMS version 20.2.30.0 also this only happens when connecting to Azure DB with Microsoft Entra MFA. All other SQL databases do not produce this screen. / comments
