I found an obscure page on the RedGate website that listed all SQL Prompt updates. I downloaded the file "SQLPrompt_10.13.10.1356.exe" and the "SHA256" file (don't know if that was necessary) and executed the "exe" file. The update was successful this time and everything is back to normal. / comments
