The short-term fix (until RedGet addresses it) is to downgrade to the prior build https://download.red-gate.com/checkforupdates/SQLPrompt/SQLPrompt_10.6.12.20269.exe uninstall current version (10.6.13.20795) reinstall prior version (10.6.12.20269) run ssms and "do not" click on the update popup / comments
