if you are ok to loose all history, you may tinker around in %userprofile%\appdata\Local\Red Gate\SQL Prompt 10\.  Deleting SqlHistory.db removed all my history but restored functionaltity.  / comments

Fully agree.. Hitting ctrl-q all day like a maniac. Hope Redgate does something about this mess, and i hope they do it quick. / comments
