KathyPDX The AppData folder was a hidden folder.  I had to go to the Windows Explorer options, click on View and then enable it to show hidden folders.  HTH [image] / comments

Thanks for your post Steve_Paxton.  This started happening to me around 2021-01-15 and your steps resolved it without losing my snippets. / comments
