I left clicked and right clicked every pixel of the installer. There was never an indication to view the log file. However, I resolved the problem by clicking on the "Edit connection properties..." link and checked the "Trust server certificate" which was unchecked. I have never checked or unchecked this in prior installations. / comments

After the upgrade, none of the monitored servers would connect. I had to go to each, edit the connection properties, and click "Trust server certificate". Now its working normally. / comments
