I would really second on this. As a side note, I don't know the sequence yet, but if you press keys something like Ctrl+S to save (not the exact sequence but I got it while I was doing that, don't know which key was pressed accidentally) +, - to expand collapse code blocks show up. And then (at next Ctrl+S?) they go away. If I happen to find the exact magic sequence I will come back and update this. / comments
