Also having the same issue, I have Sql Prompt 6.5 and installed SSMS v18 (15.0.1818.0) and do not have Sql Prompt in that new install. I do not see SSMS Integration Pack Framework as part of my add/remove programs list. Is this something that would be resolved if I buy a new version of Sql Prompt? I don't mind buying a new version, but only if it would resolve my issue. / comments
