I am having the same issue.  I have 4 alerts on the same server for 100% processor utilization.  Two of those alerts show the sql queries running at the time of the alert, the other two do not and the screen says "No SQL statements to display.  ... Trace is not enabled for this instance.." when in fact it is enabled. Is there a fix for this? Thanks. / comments
