Hi Daniel - I'm Flyway's product Manager. This probably won't help you if you're not using Flyway right now, but having access to schema change history is something you'd get by default if you were. I'm really interested in this particular use case though - would you mind if I dropped you an email to learn a bit more about this requirement? (In the meantime I'll ask around to see if there's any other way to do this that would work for your setup) / comments
