I'm having the same issue, though I only noticed this recently because my automatic updates have been failing. I just updated to 10.12.4.29949 and the issue still exists. In Excel one can use Data tab > Text to Columns to correct the formatting.

I had just done a Windows 10 update this morning also, so I was able to use the restore point to restore my machine back, which included SQL Prompt 10.1.0, so I'm able to get back to work. / comments

For me, re-indexing seems to work. Thing is, one can no longer be sure of the results. Wastes a lot of time. / comments

Those would be proprietary. I did try it on a much simpler database and it only included the correct procedures. So, maybe it has to do with the amount of tables or procedures. / comments

This update is being blocked by Windows Defender (Windows 10 Pro). SQL Prompt install reports error 0x80070057 and Windows Defender message says 'Threat Found'. Click on Details in message and it states 0 Threats found. There was no problem installing prior updates. / comments
