I'm having the same issue, though I only noticed this recently because my automatic updates have been failing. I just updated to 10.12.4.29949 and the issue still exists. In Excel one can use Data tab > Text to Columns to correct the formatting. / comments

I had just done a Windows 10 update this morning also, so I was able to use the restore point to restore my machine back, which included SQL Prompt 10.1.0, so I'm able to get back to work. / comments

For me, re-indexing seems to work. Thing is, one can no longer be sure of the results. Wastes a lot of time. / comments

Those would be proprietary. I did try it on a much simpler database and it only included the correct procedures. So, maybe it has to do with the amount of tables or procedures. / comments
